Hello, my name is Sacha Horvath, and I am a certified therapist. I know first-hand how strenuous inner-challenges can affect your life and how important it is to have the “right” guidance to help you work through your difficulties. We all have our share of personal and professional struggles that can lead to high levels of stress, anxiety, depression and even burnout.

In my years of practice, I have helped numerous clients find happiness by guiding them to discover and transform parts of their personality and lives that no longer served them, so that they can have a renewed sense of confidence; form enriching relationships; and build a rewarding career. To put it simply: to help them get back into the driver’s seat and to take charge of their lives.

People come to me after they’ve tried different types of coaching and therapies, disappointed that the time, effort and money they invested hasn’t offered lasting results. I know how you feel because I too was once in the same situation. It was that frustration that inspired me to obtain my master’s degree in Counselling and to develop a novel approach to uproot deeply hidden problems and guide my clients to discover their own inner-power and to live their best life.

To experience permanent and lasting results in ourselves, we need to address the root cause. It’s simple, you want to pull the dandelion by its root for it to not grow again, right.

Dr. Bradley Nelson’s research shows that 90% of our current stress, pain, and suffering stems from trapped emotions from our childhood, including neglect and trauma. Dr. Joe Dispenza, researcher and neurologist, Dr. Bruce Lipton, researcher and biologist, and Dr. Sonia Choquette, author and researcher support this idea. These trapped emotions can prompt:

  • feelings of inadequacy such as being a bad parent or partner

  • feelings of being a failure and stagnating

  • feelings of shame and guilt

  • feelings of being bored, dissatisfied and unfulfilled

  • feelings of emptiness and feeling totally ALONE.

Because 90% of our current stress comes from our trapped emotions, wouldn’t it make sense that in order to be happier in our relationships, our career and in ourselves we need to release these trapped emotions. This is one of the ways I support you. My methodology has been proven successful with my clients. Results include deep and permanent transformation through knowledge, choice, and possibility. This is a specific blueprint that creates lasting and permanent change.

You see, life isn’t always easy – it’s all part of being human – but knowing ‘who you are’ and ‘where you are going’ will keep you strong. It will help you stay focused during your most difficult times. Through my personal research I discovered how to break-free of things that held me back from embracing opportunities in the present. This inspired me to make it my “life mission”: to guide others in their personal quest for happiness and fulfillment.
