Sacha Horvath

Sacha Horvath, M.A., is a certified personal, couples, occupational and cognitive behavioural therapist with over 15 years of practical experience who holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and Spirituality from Saint Paul University and Ottawa University. She is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Hypnosis Psycho-Practitioner.

Known for her practical and direct approach, coupled with her caring and understanding nature, it is no surprise that her method has proven successful in changing the lives of over 2,000 private clients. Her approach provides those seeking answers with a roadmap to navigate the waters of self-discovery, and helps them experience fulfilling, joyful and meaningful lives. She has been involved in her work since 2007.

According to her, psychology as a whole has moved away from all forms of spirituality, to the point that, between psychological growth and personal development, an almost unbridgeable gap has been created. Indeed, therapeutic care that ignores the soul ignores the importance of spirituality in the construction of the Self, and a spirituality that cuts itself off from the contribution of psychology becomes sterile. This is why Sacha completed her Master’s degree in counseling and spirituality, which merges psychology and spirituality to offer a more holistic approach compared to the Master’s degree in psychology. Here are examples of themes that Sacha can address with you in a video conference session or in person in her private practice.

His success lies in his in-depth knowledge of proven therapeutic technology supported by cognitive behavioral approaches, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, mindfulness, hypnosis, Gestalt, EFT, positive psychology, “access consciousness” and alternative medicine modalities.

Based on active listening and non-directive interview, the Helping Relationship allows you to understand the human psyche, the mechanisms of the mind and their interaction with the emotional sphere.

Neither a doctor nor a psychotherapist, Sacha supports you in managing emotions, stress and sometimes physical pain that impact your personal and professional life on a daily basis. NLP, Hypnosis, mindfulness, gestalt and cognitive-behavioral allow you to access your inner resources as part of a personal development process, and can in no way replace medical advice or treatment.
